Please, tell us basic things about “ThemeMove”!?

We are ThemeMove, a Power Elite WordPress Theme development agency that provides powerful and creative theme designs. We always catch the latest technology and adapt to the world’s new trend to deliver the best themes to the market.

Whatever the industry that your company operates in, we have powerful themes to meet your highest standards with premium features bundled in and for favorable prices.

Your latest theme is “MaxCoach”. What was the most exciting part of creating a good online course solution!?

MaxCoach is one of the most recent works of ThemeMove team which puts much attention to the user experience and functionality of the theme itself.

The most exciting part of creating MaxCoach is you need to research thoroughly the ‘Course website’. An attractive design is not a big problem for us, but to create a good online course, our designer and developer have to know how a course works, as well as its details which are lessons, quizzes, payment, education events, etc.

You are Power Elite Author on ThemeForest and you are offering WP themes since 2014. Tell us more about your portfolio?

We develop WordPress themes in all kinds of categories from niche items like Construction, Health Care, Organic themes to Creative, eCommerce, Business, Marketing, Multipurpose, etc. for a wide range of the user. Most of the themes in our portfolio are the result of thorough research and listen to the user to optimize them for the best performance.

Marketing. How do you see it? Do you actively and strategically build the community around your brand?

Marketing is definitely important for any brand, and so are we. A couple of years ago, our main focus is focusing on the quality of the theme and make your customer come back to use your items. The sales growing higher means that what we have created is functional, useful, and meaningful.

Now along with focusing on design, functions, and quality, we do actively build the community on social media. We share our works, new update, item releases, other WordPress news on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest… to be well-known as an active WordPress contributor in the community.

What is the most important thing for you in the process of building a good relationship with your fans and buyers?

As we all know, the most important thing to build a good relationship with buyers is the item quality. Then comes support. We provide dedicated and effective support for all of our items from old to the new one to make our buyers happy with our WordPress items as well as our services.

The client’s satisfaction is the determining factor so we normally take every comment from clients into great consideration and solve all the problems that they have, even the external problems that not from our themes. Then they will come back or will tell their friends to buy.

Tools and software you use in the processes of design and development!?

Our designers and code developers have different styles, so of course, the resources and tools that they use are different, too. In addition to Sketch, Invision App, and Unsplash, they have their own secret weapons that help them better perform the job and form a distinctive style in each theme.

In the end, some special advice for beginners or message to our readers and fans?!

Three things that we want to share with beginners and other authors: Never stop learning, find what motivates you, and listen to your customers.

Don’t stop learning and trying new things, even if you are a big author on Envato already because no one can stay in one place forever. Staying in one place for a long period of time means you are going backward at the same time others are moving forward quickly.

Listen to your clients to understand your strengths and weaknesses, find your motivation, and keep moving on with your journey, success is near for sure. That’s the reason why we have the name ThemeMove: we never stop moving.
